  • Know Yourself
  • Manage your time
  • Have a definite and well defined mission or AGO (Aims, Goals, Objectives)
  • Be present centered
  • Have good eating habits
    Eat good food (preferably raw vegetarian); be punctual as far as possible
  • Have good sleeping habits ( over-sleep and sleep deprivation should be avoided)
  • Take sufficient rest, have enough entertainment
  • Exercise moderately (Yogasanas are better than other exercises)
  • Have internal locus of control ( belief in self-effort and one's own will )
  • Be yourself, love yourself, accept yourself
  • Accept work that you can do; do not accept overwork
  • Maintain your integrity
  • Be humane, don’t be mechanical
  • Be ready to learn, to accept new ideas and people, to take responsibility and to develop/improve yourself continuously
  • Help others whenever possible.(This is often called Helping Others Therapy-HOT)
  • Self-Competence and Competence through the 3Cs(cooperation, Collaboration, Coordination).
