  5. Delegate and empower work wisely
  6. Observe good working habits
  7. Stimulate your team with your vision, reinforcement, reward, encouragement; as far as possible, do not punish, scold unnecessarily, or discourage work.
  8. Be friendly and approachable but don’t be the intimate unless your subordinate is that much developed as not to exploit it.
  9. Be just, honest and authentic. Don’t show favor, bias, or prejudice.
