Know Yourself
Manage your time
Have a definite and well defined mission or AGO (Aims, Goals, Objectives)
Be present centered
Have good eating habits
Eat good food (preferably raw vegetarian); be punctual as far as possible
Have good sleeping habits ( over-sleep and sleep deprivation should be avoided)
Take sufficient rest, have enough entertainment
Exercise moderately (Yogasanas are better than other exercises)
Have internal locus of control ( belief in self-effort and one's own will )
Be yourself, love yourself, accept yourself
Accept work that you can do; do not accept overwork
Maintain your integrity
Be humane, don’t be mechanical
Be ready to learn, to accept new ideas and people, to take responsibility and to develop/improve yourself continuously
Help others whenever possible.(This is often called Helping Others Therapy-HOT)
Self-Competence and Competence through the 3Cs(cooperation, Collaboration, Coordination).
