A wise person knows and experiences things deeply. He is not a sticky or a stingy person. And he never sticks to anything ( in the sense of obsessive attachment). He moves on and on. He never relies on stick (=punishment) and when he uses it, it is used only as the last resort. Yet he sticks to ethics. But actually he does not stick to it - it is automatically done.
The Key Words/Ideas are ON and STICKS
This session gives you various techniques like note taking/preparing techniques, presentation techniques, various teaching and training techniques, organizing techniques, conditions ( both internal & external ) for learning etc. These techniques can also be applied in organizational contexts, in the creation of corporate learning resources, training and development of employees, human resource development etc.

cceptance & creative differing Moderation in speechThe Sanskrit word saram means essence.
Eloquence is defined as :" the ability to express the essence in brief "
So remember not to blab. Say the essence clearly in optimum words required to make the listener understand.
People like self-deprecatory humor. This is especially true if the listener has a very deficient ego. Appreciation, acceptance and recognition of the statements of the speaker are perceived by him as acceptance of himself. So do not reject any of his views or opinions or suggestions cut and dry. All of us require to differ from the speaker now and then. In such times differ creatively and constructively without at least hurting the speaker.
Knowledge of audience
Know your audience before you speak. Know the situation. The age, interests are to be taken into account when speaking/writing to the audience.
Enlightening info (SUN)
The information you pass should be enlightening. It should be useful to the listener – it should brighten the (faces of) the listener like the SUN.
